While we are celebrating the New Year and to be grateful about what we have, it is also time to think about the less unfortunate.
Many of you have heard about the recent tragedy. Mr. Ma (马哥） and Ms. Tien （田姐） who just came from China and each lost two immediate family members in a tragic accident in Florida on December 14. For details, please see the reports from Bostonese.com

It is heat wrenching to see what these two families are going through. Even they are still coming to terms of the tremendous loss, they have shown incredible human strength facing this tragedy. Their financial future is very gloomy even with the loss of four lives.
Mr. Ma was recently admitted to Lahey Clinic due to heart problem.
It is time to show that as a community we care about these families. Even though Zhimin and several friends have been tirelessly helping this family, they need more help!
It is much appreciated if you could sign up below to help for a day. It is not required that you are there full time. Even just spending a couple of hours talking with them could be great relief . The task also includes address their immediate needs and running some errands. Please follow the instructions on the sign up sheet about how to best serve them.
